British - Under 40 - Family of 3, with a 6 month old - All Incusive - 7 night stay The staff were amazing and the views were spectacular from every inch of the property. A walk along the beach into the old town is highly recommended and the beach is a stone's throw away. The seafront is quite cliffy in spots which is the only reason this isn't considered an on the beach property. The walk to the beach from the breakfast hall takes 2mins and 15 sevonds, I timed it. We went off season so kids faculties were closed but 4 pools, 3 of which are outdoor, 1 of which is the children's and one heated indoor pool, a spa and table games room, on site shop, tennis courts, ping pong table pool table, entertainment staff and free shuttle buses into old town, there was still loads to do to fill up our week. Food was highly seasoned, looked ok, but tasted great! Such a variety. And I can safely say they don't scrimp on the ingredients either. I've never been to an all inclusive resort at this price which served duck and lamb, well cooked at that. Not just full of Brits abroad either. A Lot of Spanish families on holiday and an eclectic mix of couples from around the world. The reps keep a smile on your face even when the weather's not too great. The pressure and temperature of the showers was 10/10. The property is not very modern but has been modernized where it matters. Connect to the WiFi once and you have it on the entire property, which is massive. Honestly, the pictures don't do it justice. I thought the driver had the wrong hotel when I pulled up for how much I paid!!! All in all would highly recommend this resort as a value for money get away. The only one thing I can complain about was that the accessibility for prams or wheelchair users was not great. There are so many stairs on the property. BUT it's easily remedied if you ask to be put in Block C.

Have to say read some not so good reviews online after making the booking and was 50/50 on what the hotel is actually like but I have to say from the moment we arrived we had an amazing time...the staff were so nice and even had a snack bag for us as we were late and missed the food on arrival...Insirdo at reception was very helpful and made us feel very welcome from the start. Facilities were not 5 star but who cares you get what you pay for and the stunning views and location make up for anything lacking. The pool buffet and all the entertainment was top class and the staff really do give it there all to make you feel relaxed. Would recomend to anyone to try this spot out and go all inclusive if you can...big thanks to Fatima paola insirdo and all the staff ...will be back as soon as possible for sure! Muito obrigado From Brian and Oonagh from Ireland

Not the fanciest place that we've stayed, but at the bargain price I didn't expect it to be. Everything worked, the place was spotlessly clean and the staff were without exception friendly, courteous and helpful; the hotel's set-up with the free and often rowdy/noisy bar at one end of the complex and a quiter, more comfortable (pay) bar in the reception area suited us especially. great views and far enough from town to be quiet, but near enough to walk along the beach to in thirty minutes, or a free shuttle-bus from the hotel 3x day each way. Alternatively, download the 'Bolt' taxi app and you could get a cab to anywhere around the area in about three minutes and only costing €2-4. Like everything else, the food was fine, but not spectacular and all well cooked; at the price you couldn't really expect more.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely friendly! Also the management of the hotel and the reception! They were very prompt in resolving any complaint I had, which made my stay especially pleasant! All I remember now is Maria's name, the one who was on duty when I checked in! Extremely clean room and daily cleaning. Even though it only has 3 stars, the towels were changed daily! We were also able to rent beach towels from the front desk! Excellent breakfast and dinner! Excellent location, even if you have to walk a bit to the center, but they also have a shuttle bus! Congratulations and thank you all once again and this way! Merry Christmas!

Great location, near the main strip, with path down to the beach and with the free bus to the old town and back throughout the day. Good variety of food, always with salad bar and fruit, and all inclusive drinks were good with spirits and cocktails included. Plenty of sun-beds and umbrellas. Staff were super friendly and the entertainment was okay. Rooms were clean.
